In this paper, the Fourier coefficients of Siegel-Eisenstein series and these \(p\)-adic properties are studied. In particular, the author gave an explicit formula of Fourier coefficients of Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\), general level, and primitive character. Moreover using the explicit formula, he proved the existence of a \(p\)-adic analytic family of Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\) and proved that its \(p\)-adic limit is a classical Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\). The explicit formulas of Fourier coefficients of Siegel-Eisenstein series have been calculated for degree \(2\) and odd square-free level by [\textit{Y. Mizuno}, Math. Z. 263, No. 4, 837--860 (2009; Zbl 1234.11057)] as an application of the coincidence between the Maass lift of a Jacobi Eisenstein series and a Siegel-Eisenstein series up to a scalar multiple. However, he used an other method used by [\textit{G. Kaufhold}, Math. Ann. 137, 454--476 (1959; Zbl 0086.06701)] for degree \(2\) and level \(1\), [\textit{H. Katsurada}, Am. J. Math. 121, No. 2, 415--452 (1999; Zbl 1002.11039)] for general degree and level \(1\), and [\textit{K. Gunji}, ``On Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\) for low weights'', preprint] for degree \(2\) and odd prime level. Using Siegel's formula, which expresses the Fourier coefficients as Euler products, they calculated each of Euler factors explicitly. The Euler factor is called by the Siegel series. Using this argument and calculating the Siegel series explicitly, the author obtained an explicit formula for degree \(2\), general level, primitive character and weight larger than \(3\). In the final section, for prime \(p\), he proved that there is a \(p\)-adic analytic family of Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\) and that \(p\)-adic Siegel-Eisenstein series of degree \(2\), general level, general character, and weight bigger than \(3\) is actually a Siegel modular form. For odd prime \(p\) and \(k\geq 2\), these have been obtained by [\textit{H. Katsurada} and \textit{S. Nagaoka}, J. Number Theory 104, No. 1, 100--117 (2004; Zbl 1050.11050)] for weight \((k,k+(p-1)2)\) and [\textit{Y. Mizuno} and \textit{S. Nagaoka}, Abh. Math. Semin. Univ. Hamb. 80, No. 1, 9--23 (2010; Zbl 1262.11061)] for weight \((k,k)\) using the Maass lift of Jacobi forms. The author proved the existence constructing an Eisenstein series without the Euler factor at \(p\).
