The present paper deals with automorphisms of complex algebraic \(K3\) surfaces which are non-symplectic and act trivially on the Néron-Severi group. According to a theorem by S. Kondo the order of such automorphisms is a prime power if the Néron-Severi lattice is not unimodular. In this paper the author classifies these automorphisms in case the order is \(2^n\) with \(n=2,3,4\). The main theorem provides the possible structure of the Néron-Severi lattice and, correspondingly, the topological structure of the fixed locus. This result, together with previous work by S. Kondo, N. Machida and K. Oguiso, K. Oguiso and D.-Q. Zhang, M. Artebani and A. Sarti, M. Schuett, S. Taki, completes the classification of such automorphisms.
