The author of this paper generalizes a result obtained in the two publications: 1. \textit{M. Broué, G. Malle} and \textit{J. Michel} [Astérisque. 212, 7-92 (1993; Zbl 0843.20012)]; 2. \textit{M. Broué} and \textit{J. Michel} [Astérisque. 212, 93-117 (1993; Zbl 0832.20024)]. He gives a direct proof for the theorem: Let \(G\) be a simply connected simple algebraic group provided \(p\) is not a torsion prime having an Abelian Sylow \(p\)-subgroup \(P\). The automizer \(E=N_G(P)/C_G(P)\) is a reflection group on \(\Omega_1(P)\), the largest elementary Abelian subgroup of \(P\). The main result in the present paper is the following theorem: There is a finite field \(K\), an \(F_p\)-subspace \(V\) of \(\Omega_1(P)\) and an isomorphism of \(F_p\)-vector spaces \(K\otimes_{F_p}V\overset\sim{}\Omega_1(P)\) endowing \(\Omega_1(P)\) with a structure of a \(K\)-vector space, a subgroup \(N\) of \(\text{GL}_K(\Omega_1(P))\), and a subgroup \(\Gamma\) of \(\Aut(K)\), such that \(E=N\rtimes\Gamma\), as subgroups of \(\Aut(\Omega_1(P))\), and such that the normal subgroup \(W\) of \(N\) generated by reflections acts irreducibly on \(\Omega_1(P)\).
