Fourier coefficients of half-integral weight modular forms imply a lot of information of number theoretic objects. In this paper, the authors proved that the Fourier coefficients of a basis of the space of weight \(3/2\) mock modular forms are sums of cycle integrals of a sesqui-harmonic Maass form of weight zero whose image under hyperbolic Laplacian is the \(j\)-function. Furthermore, they expressed these sums as regularized inner products of weakly holomorphic modular forms of weight \(1/2\). This result can be regarded as a generalization of the results of Duke, Imamoḡlu, and Tóth [\textit{W. Duke} et al., Ann. Math. (2) 173, No. 2, 947--981 (2011; Zbl 1270.11044)], which states that Fourier coefficients of a basis of the space of weight \(1/2\) mock modular forms are sums of cycle integrals of the \(j\)-function, which are real quadratic analogues of singular moduli.
