Stability theory is a well-known branch of model theory that studies first-order structures whose class of models is extremely well-behaved and classifiable in a certain sense. This article discusses what the study of stability theory might be for Polish spaces and related structures. A few important observations are made and, under some mild technical assumptions, the existence of indiscernibles (a staple of classical stability theory) is established, giving some early evidence that a reasonable stability theory might indeed be possible.
