\textit{T. Bridgeland} and \textit{A. Maciocia}[Math. Z. 236, No. 4, 677--697 (2001; Zbl 1081.14023)] showed that an Enriques surface over the complex numbers has no non-trivial Fourier-Mukai partners. This result was recently extended to Enriques surfaces over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(p\geq 3\) [\textit{K. Honigs} et al., ``Fourier-Mukai partners of Enriques and bielliptic surfaces in positive characteristic'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1708.03409}]. This note concerns the case when the ground field \(k\) has characteristic \(p=2\). Using the Bombieri-Mumford classification of surfaces and the classification of Enriques surfaces in characteristic 2, the author shows that any Fourier-Mukai partner of an Enriques surface \(X\) over \(k\) is an Enriques surface of the same type as \(X\). The author also proves a similar result for twisted Fourier-Mukai partners of twisted Enriques surfaces.
