In the paper under review, the author considers a Neumann type problem for singularly perturbed fractional Schrödinger equations. More precisely, for a smooth bounded domain \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) the author considers the problem \[ \begin{cases} \epsilon^{2s}(-\Delta)^s u+u=|u|^{p-1}u & \mathrm{ in }\;\Omega\, ,\\ \mathcal{N}_su=0 & \mathrm{ on }\;\mathbb{R}^n \setminus \overline{\Omega}\, , \end{cases} \] where \(\epsilon>0\), \(s \in ]0,1[\), \(p\in ]1,\frac{n+2}{n-2s}[\), and \[ \mathcal{N}_su(x)\equiv C_{n,s}\int_{\Omega}\frac{u(x)-u(y)}{|x-y|^{n+2s}}\, dy \qquad \mathrm{on }\;\mathbb{R}^n \setminus \overline{\Omega}\, , \] with \(C_{n,s}\) the normalization constant for the fractional Laplacian \((-\Delta)^s\). The condition \(\mathcal{N}_su=0\) generalizes the Neumann condition in the sense that, as \(s \to 1\), \(\mathcal{N}_su=0\) becomes the classical Neumann condition. The author shows existence of non-negative small energy solutions and analyzes the integrability of the solutions.
