In this paper the author proves that the quantization of the whole family of the simply-laced isomonodromy systems is possible. This result generalizes the derivation of the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov connection as the quantization of an isomonodromy system [\textit{V. G. Knizhnik} and \textit{A. B. Zamolodchikov}, Nucl. Phys., B 247, No. 1, 83--103 (1984; Zbl 0661.17020)]. The author reviews the construction of the simply-laced isomonodromy systems [\textit{P. Boalch}, Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 116, 1--68 (2012; Zbl 1270.34204)], which involves a trivial symplectic fibration \(\mathbb{F}_a:\mathbb{M}\times\mathbf{B}\to\mathbf{B}\), and results in a collection of time-dependent Hamiltonian functions \(H_i : \mathbb{F}_a\to\mathbb{C}\). Here \(\mathbf{B}\) denotes a space of times and \(\mathbb{M}\) is a vector space of representations of the quiver corresponding to a complete \(k\)-partite graph. The author shows that the Hamiltonians can be realized as traces of potentials on the quiver (classical potentials), studies the Poisson bracket of such traces, and discusses the filtered quantization of \(\mathbb{M}\), following [\textit{P. Etingof}, Calogero-Moser systems and representation theory. Zürich: European Mathematical Society Publishing House (2007; Zbl 1331.53002)]. This results in a noncommutative filtered algebra. The authors defines the corresponding quantum potentials similarly to how classical potentials are related to the algebra of functions on \(\mathbb{M}\). This paves the way for quantization of \(H_i\) to obtain the corresponding time-dependent operators, thereby defining the universal simply-laced quantum connection, and the simply-laced quantum connection as an important particular case in section 7. Here comes the main theorem of the paper under review stating that the universal simply-laced quantum connection is strongly flat. The author shows that the quantum Hamiltonian reduction of the simply-laced quantum connection yields the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov connection in the special case of a star-shaped graph with no irregular times; it gives a quantum system which is semiclassically equivalent to the Casimir connection [\textit{J. J. Millson} and \textit{V. Toledano Laredo}, Transform. Groups 10, No. 2, 217--254 (2005; Zbl 1130.17005]; and it is semiclassically equivalent to the dynamical connection [\textit{G. Felder} et al., Math. Phys. Anal. Geom. 3, No. 2, 139--177 (2000; Zbl 0984.35134)], in the case of a generic complete bipartite quiver.
