This article is about contextuality as motivated by quantum mechanics. The present work aims to extend the work in [\textit{C. Okay} et al., ``Topological proofs of contextuality in quantum mechanics'', Quantum Inf. Comput. 17, 1135--1166 (2017)]. Indeed, the authors here consider a topological space, a so-called classifying space, to give the framework needed to study contextuality. In the setting of sheaf cohomology and Čech cohomology, the authors identify two classes of the classifying space, a cohomology class in the second cohomology group and a \(K\)-theory class in a twisted \(K\)-group. Invariants in the classification space offer the property that, through the use of Wigner functions, quantum states correspond to a class in the twisted \(K\)-theory.
