This paper considers finite-dimensional invariant tori in Hamiltonian and reversible systems that carry conditionally periodic motions. The author works on the manifold \(\mathcal{M} = \mathbb{R}^{2N - n}_w \times \mathbb{T}^n_\varphi\), where \(\varphi = (\varphi_1, \dots, \varphi_n)\) are angular coordinates on the torus \(\mathbb{T}^n\) and \(w= (w_1,\dots,w_{2N-n})\) are coordinates in \(\mathbb{R}^{2N-n}\). The main result is that there exists an exact symplectic form \(\Omega\) on the manifold \(\mathcal{M}\) with constant coefficients and a Hamiltonian function \(H : \mathcal{M} \rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) independent of \(\varphi\) and polynomial in \(w\) such that the corresponding Hamiltonian system on \(\mathcal{M}\) admits a \(d\)-parameter analytic family of strictly isotropic Kronecker \(n\)-tori of the form \(w =\) constant. This is true for integers \(N, d,\) and \(n\) such that \(N \geq 2\), \(1 \leq n \leq {N - 1}\), \(0 \leq d \leq {2N-n}\) and \(\omega\) is any vector in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). The \(n\)-torus with \(w = 0 \) belongs to this family and its frequency vector is \(\omega\). If \(d = 2N - n\) then the family is the whole of phase space. Under similar assumptions but with \(n \geq 3, 3 \leq n \leq 2N - 3\) and \(0 \leq d \leq 2N -n\) there is a non-symplectic form \(\Omega\) on \(\mathcal{M}\) with constant coefficients and a \(d\)-parameter analytic family of atropic Kronecker \(n\)-tori of the form \(w = \) constant. Similar result are proved for the compact manifold \(\mathbb{T}^{2N-n}_w \times \mathbb{T}^n_\varphi\). The author completes the proof by constructing explicit examples that generalize the examples found in [\textit{M. B. Sevryuk}, Arnold Math. J. 4, No. 3--4, 415--422 (2018; Zbl 1435.37091)]. He attempts to incorporate a variety of distinct but related results in this paper. The reader should be aware that it might require a good deal of effort to sort through all of the variations successfully because the paper's organization is somewhat less than optimal.
