Given an \(m\)-homogeneous polynomial \(P: c_o\to \mathbb C\) which has monomial expansion \(P(x)=\sum_{|\alpha|=m}c_\alpha(P)x^\alpha\) and a positive integer \(M\), \(M\leq m\), the authors let \(w(\alpha)=\#\{j:\alpha_j\not=0\}\) and \(\Lambda_{M,m} =\{\alpha:|\alpha|=m, w(\alpha)\leq M\}\). The main result of the paper is that for all positive integer \(m\) and all \(M\) with \(M\leq m\) there is a constant \(\kappa_M\geq 1\) so that \[ \left(\sum_{\alpha\in \Lambda_{M,m}}|c_\alpha(P)|^{{2m}\over{m+1}}\right)^{{m+1} \over{2m}}\leq \kappa_M\|P\| \] for all \(m\)-homogeneous polynomials \(P\) on \(c_0\). Moreover, it is shown that the asymptotic growth of \(\kappa_M\) is equal to \(M^Me^M\).
