In this paper the authors study the stabilization issue of switched interval linear systems. Using a piecewise continuous function \(\sigma(t)\) and node transmission matrices, transfer the problem into a full rank stabilization problem. Then authors propose a constructive algorithm for searching for a stabilizing controller of the form \(u=-k^Tx\) where \(k\) is a vector and give a sufficient condition for selection of \(k\). Furthermore, for a digital system, the sufficient conditions for the existence of stabilizing dynamic output feedback controller also are established. In particular, these stabilizers are reduced to the solvability of matrix inequalities.
