This paper is a continuation of an earlier paper of the author [ibid. 133, No.1, 79-92 (1988; Zbl 0658.30012)] and states the existence of entire functions which are together with some of their derivatives univalent in the unit circle. This functions are defined as solutions of linear differential equations of second order with polynomial coefficients.
