The exceptional domain of \(3\times 3\) matrices over Cayley numbers is considered. It is contained in \(\mathbb{C}^{27}\) and an exceptional group of type \(E_7\) acts on it. The author follows \textit{B. Diehl} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 317, 40-73 (1980; Zbl 0425.10031)] to define in this situation some Selberg-Langlands' Eisenstein series, prove their analytic continuation and the functional equation. From this the analytic continuation and functional equation of a Siegel-Eisenstein series can be derived.
