Let \(\Lambda= \{\lambda_n,\mu_n\}^\infty_{n=1}\) be a sequence for which the \(\lambda_n\) are distinct positive real numbers in an increasing order, diverging to infinity, and where each \(\lambda_n\) appears \(\mu_n\) times. Let \(n(t)=\sum_{\lambda_n\leq t}\mu_n\) and assume \[ 0<\lim\limits_{t\to\infty}\frac{n(t)}{t}= d<\infty\quad\text{and}\quad \lim\limits_{n\to \infty}\frac{\mu_n}{\lambda_n}= 0. \] Let \[ F(\omega)= \prod^\infty_{n=1} \bigg(1-{\omega^2\over \lambda^2_n}\bigg)^{\mu_n}. \] Subject to some further refinements of \(\Lambda\), the author shows that the Taylor-Dirichlet series \[ \sum^\infty_{n=1} \Biggl(\sum^{\mu_n-1}_{j=0} c_{n,j} z^j\Biggr) e^{\lambda_n z}= \sum \text{Res\,}g(z, \lambda_n), \quad g(z,\omega)= {e^{\omega_z}\over F(\omega)}, \] has the imaginary axis as its abscissa of convergence, with singularities on every open interval of length exceeding \(2\pi d\). If \(D= d/dx\) and \(L(z)= zF(z)\), it is also shown that the equation \(L(D)f(x)= 0\) with the boundary condition \(\lim_{x\to\pm\infty}f(x)= 0\) has non-vanishing solutions. The theorems on Taylor-Dirichlet series in a sense complete the work of the author in [Complex Variables, Theory Appl. 50, No. 4, 229--255 (2005; Zbl 1092.30004)].
