This work is devoted to traveling waves and spreading properties of solutions of a two-component cooperative reaction-diffusion system, under an heterogeneity which is periodic in both time and space. The authors also assume that the reaction terms are bounded from above by their linear parts, which in particular implies a monostable structure. Then, using the fact that this system generates a monotone semiflow, the authors prove lower and upper bounds on the spreading speeds. Existence and non-existence of traveling waves on the resulting three speed ranges is also addressed. These lower and upper bounds may or may not coincide depending on the parameters, and more precisely on the first eigenvalues of a well-chosen family of linear periodic problems.
