The authors of this study are interested in the heat equation's boundary controllability under dynamic boundary conditions. The authors' key argument was that a boundary control supported by any arbitrary subboundary could control the equation's null state at any positive time. A novel boundary Carleman estimate, certain regularity estimates for the adjoint system, and an explicit dependency with respect to the final time are combined in the proof of the main conclusion.
