The moduli space of solutions to the \(d\)-dimensional ADHM equations \(\mathcal{M}_{d}(r,c)\) (depending on certain non-negative integers \(r,c\)) is defined and studied in [\textit{I. B. Frenkel} and \textit{M. Jardim}, J. Algebra 319, No. 7, 2913--2937 (2008; Zbl 1145.14017)], and a 1-1 correspondence is established between \(\mathcal{M}_{d}(r,c)\) and the space of isomorphism classes of \textit{framed} instanton bundles \(E\) over \(\mathbb{CP}^{d+2}\) with rank \(\mathrm{rk}(E)=r\) and second Chern class \(\mathrm{c}_{2}(E)=c\). This correspondence generalizes the case \(d=1\), considered in the article mentioned above, and the case \(d=0\), originally due to \textit{S. K. Donaldson} [Commun. Math. Phys. 93, 453-460 (1984; Zbl 0581.14008)], who also showed that \(\mathcal{M}_{0}(r,c)\) is isomorphic to the moduli space of rank \(r\) framed instantons (ie, finite energy connections with anti-self-dual curvature) on \(\mathbb{R}^{4}\) of \textit{charge} \(c\). In the present article, the authors look closer at the case \(d=1\), and prove that \(\mathcal{M}_{1}(r,c)\) is biholomorphically equivalent to the space \(\mathcal{S}(r,c)\) of holomorphic sections of the twistor fibration \(\mathrm{Tw}(\mathcal{M}_{0}(r,c))\to\mathbb{CP}^{1}\) where \(\mathrm{Tw}(\mathcal{M}_{0}(r,c))\) denotes the twistor space of the smooth hyperKähler manifold \(\mathcal{M}_{0}(r,c)\). This implies that the dimension of \(\mathcal{M}_{1}(r,c)\) is \(4rc\), that it has no compact complex subvarieties of positive dimension, and that its smooth locus has the structure of a holomorphic \(\mathrm{SL}(2)\)-web (a particular case of a 3-web defined by \textit{S.-S. Chern} [Abh. math. Sem. Hansische Univ. 11, 333--358 (1936 JFM 62.0829.03)], being also related with the \textit{complexification} of \(\mathcal{M}_{0}(r,c)\) considered as a real analytic manifold. The article also discusses a conjecture from \textit{I. Coanda, A. Tikhomirov} and \textit{G. Trautmann} [Int. J. Math. 14, No. 1, 1--45 (2003; Zbl 1059.14018)] on the moduli space \(\mathcal{I}(c)\) of mathematical instantons of rank 2 over \(\mathbb{CP}^{3}\), using the fact that \(\mathcal{M}_{1}(2,c)\) is a principal \(\mathrm{SL}(2)\)-bundle over an open subset of \(\mathcal{I}(c)\).
