On a compact complex manifold \(X\), the author studies the deformed Bott-Chern cohomology associated to a Beltrami differential \(\phi \in A^{0,1}(X,T^{1,0}_X)\). More precisely, consider the double complex \((A^{\bullet,\bullet}(X), \partial, \overline\partial_\phi)\) where \(\overline\partial_\phi:=\overline\partial-\mathcal{L}^{1,0}_\phi\), and define \[ H_{BC, \phi}^{p,q}(X):=\frac{\ker(\partial+\overline\partial_\phi)\cap A^{p,q}(X)}{\mathrm{Im}\,\partial\overline\partial_\phi \cap A^{p,q}(X)}.\] In particular, the author provides a hypercohomological interpretation for the deformed Bott-Chern cohomology in the same spirit as for the usual Bott-Chern cohomology, develops a deformation theory for Bott-Chern cohomology when the Beltrami differential represents a small deformation of the complex structure, studies the \(\partial\overline\partial_\phi\)-lemma, and provides explicit computations on the Iwasawa and the holomorphically parallelizable Nakamura manifolds.
