Let \(E/\mathbb{Q}\) be an elliptic, \(p\) an odd prime for which \(E\) has good reduction. Assume that \(E\) admits a rational \(p\)-isogeny. Let \(K\) be an imaginary quadratic field in which \(p\) splits. In this paper the authors study the aniclyctomic Iwasawa theory of \(E\) over \(K\). They use the a variant of a method of Greenberg-Vatsal to relate this to the anticlcytomic Iwasawa theory of characters. In this way the authors obtain a proof of Perrin-Riou's Heegner point main conjecture, a \(p\)-converse to the theorem of Gross-Zagier and Kolyvagin and the \(p\)-part of the Birch-Swinnerton-Dyer formula in analytic rank 1 for Eisenstein primes \(p\).
