The authors study qualitative properties of some specific double phase problems having problems associated to some fractional energy functionals. Special assumptions are supposed for the modulating coefficient and the powers. The method to obtain the results is quite standard and consists in making use of an obtained Caccioppoli type estimate and the Sobolev-Poincaré inequality.
