This work allows for a computationally effective technique to determine if a holomorphic eta quotient \(f\) is irreducible when the level of \(f\) is a prime power. The following theorem is proven: Theorem: Let \(f\) be a reducible holomorphic eta quotient of level \(p^{n}\) for some prime \(p\) and positive integer \(n\). If \(M\) is the least positive integer such that \(f\) is factorizable on \(\Gamma_{0}(M)\), then \(M=p^{n}\). The conjecture is realized by constructing a special factor as follows: Theorem. For positive integers \(n,\ell\), and a prime \(p\), if \(f\) is a holomorphic eta quotient on \(\Gamma_{0}(p^{n})\) that has a factor of level \(p^{n+\ell}\), then \(\eta_{p^{n}}^{p}/\eta_{p^{n-1}}\) is a proper factor of \(f\). Under certain conditions, the construction of the special factors is generalized for holomorphic eta quotients of arbitrary levels.
