The author first collects the necessary information concerning the concavification of quasi-Banach lattices. She solves the problem of $(p,q)$-convexity for the quasi-Banach lattice of regular linear operators acting between quasi-Banach lattices with a Dedekind complete range space and extends some results in the paper to the quasi-Banach lattice of homogeneous orthoregular polynomials.
