Bumpy metrics theorem for geodesic nets
From MaRDI portal
A geodesic net is a continuous map of a graph, critical for the length functional. The author proves that a Baire generic Riemannian metric has all connected embedded geodesic nets nondegenerate, i.e., every Jacobi vector field along any such a net is parallel.
