Butler groups and Lord groups
From MaRDI portal
A finite rank torsion-free group which is a pure subgroup of a completely decomposable group of finite rank is called a Butler group. The scope of this paper is to investigate the character groups of the Butler groups by making use of the Pontryagin duality (the dual groups of the Butler groups are called by the author Lord groups).
