Crystal basis model of the genetic code: structure and consequences
From MaRDI portal
The authors propose a model of the genetic code which uses the quantum enveloping algebra \(U_q(sl(2)\oplus sl(2))\), in particular its crystal basis in the limit \(q\to 0\) constructed by \textit{M. Kashiwara} [Commun. Math. Phys. 133, No. 2, 249-260 (1990; Zbl 0724.17009)]. The model calculations are compared with experimental data.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0937.00046].
