Differential Hopf algebra structure of the quantum standard complex

From MaRDI portal

This paper is devoted to the study of the quantum standard complexes of the quantum enveloping algebras \({\mathcal U}_q(\mathfrak g)\) associated to the root systems \(A_n\), \(B_n\), \(C_n\), and \(D_n\). The author first recalls the basic notions about objects carrying an algebraic structure in a braided category and the main results on bosonization in braided categories. Next, the quantum exterior forms \(\Lambda(\mathcal X)\) and the quantum standard complex are discussed. Then the author defines a representation of the quantum double \(D({\mathcal U}_q(\mathfrak g))\) on \(\Lambda(\mathcal X)\), which makes that space into a Hopf algebra in an appropriate braided category of \(D({\mathcal U}_q(\mathfrak g))\)-modules. Bosonization then implies that \(\Lambda({\mathcal X})\rtimes D({\mathcal U}_q(\mathfrak g))\) is a super-Hopf algebra, and the author shows that this induces a super-Hopf algebra structure on the quantum standard complex. Finally, it is shown that this structure is also compatible with the differential of the quantum standard complex.
