Fuzzy-like multiple objective decision making

From MaRDI portal

The referred volume summarizes various modifications of the fuzzy multiple decision making models and corresponding methods of their processing. The text is divided into six main chapters, where the first one introduces the basic concepts of fuzzy set theory and related topics, and the last one is devoted to the algorithmic methodological system (abbreviated as FLMODM) for processing fuzzy-like multiple objective decision making models. The four remaining chapters analyze significant approaches to fuzzy objective decision making methods, namely its classical form with several special cases, the fuzzy random model of uncertainty, bifuzzy multiple objective decision making, and the fuzzy rough model of the considered decision making model. The volume is completed by a rich list of references (427 items) and numerous illustrative examples.
