Generic injectivity of the limited angle Radon transform with weights
The limited angle Radon transform with weights on \(\mathbb{R}^2\) is defined in the first equation of this paper: \(R_\delta^w\) with angle \(\delta\) and weight \(w\), applied to a function \(f\) of a vector variable \(x\in\mathbb{R}^2\). The main result of this paper, Theorem 1.1, shows that for any \(\delta\in(0,\pi/2)\), ``almost all weights \(w\) make the Radon transform \(R_\delta^w\) injective, in the sense that the set of such weights is residual in the set of all weights, i.e. its complement is a countable union of nowhere dense sets.
