Let \(M\) be an umbilic-free hypersurface of the unit sphere \(S^{n+1}\). Then \(M\) inherits the Möbius metric, the Möbius fundamental form and the Möbius form. \(M\) is called a Möbius isoparametric hypersurface if it has vanishing Möbius form and has constant Möbius principal curvatures. The authors give a complete classification for all Möbius isoparametric hypersurfaces in the unit sphere \(S^6\). For the cases of \(S^4\) and \(S^5\), the classifications have been obtained by \textit{Z. J. Hu} and \textit{H. Li} [Nagoya Math. J. 179, 147--162 (2005; Zbl 1110.53010)] and by \textit{Z. J. Hu}, \textit{H. Li} and \textit{C. P. Wang} [Monatsh. Math. 151, No. 3, 201--222 (2007; Zbl 1144.53021)], respectively.
