This paper is devoted to the study of some time-harmonic eddy current problems. The authors develop an adaptive finite element method based on reliable and efficient \textit{a posteriori} error estimates for eddy current problems in multiply connected domains. The content of the paper is briefly described in what follows. After deducing the \textbf{H}-\(\psi\)-based formulation of time harmonic eddy current problems, the authors establish the weak formulation and the well-posedness of the problem. Next, it is introduced a coupled conforming finite element approximation and it is proven the Helmholtz decomposition of the variational space. Numerical results for a singular solution conclude the present paper.
