This is a comprehensive exposition of conceptual deflationism (which minimizes conceptual resources unlike metaphysical deflationism, which minimizes ontlogical commitments), connected with an elaborated argumentation that supports some important theses. Three of them: {\parindent=5mm \begin{itemize}\item[1)] Conceptual deflationism joined with the principle of bivalence entails a non-deflationary metaphysical account of truth as a non-reducible supervening property. \item[2)] Tarskian (T-)biconditionals (interpreted as definitional biconditionals) offer a complete and correct definition of truth. \item[3)] The revision theory of truth is based on the conceptual deflationism. It demonstrates its consistency and convincingly argues for its material adequacy. \end{itemize}}
