A dihedral folding tiling (f-tiling, for short) of the sphere \(S^2\) is polygonal subdivision \(\tau\) of \(S^2\) satisfying the angle folding relation, i.e. each vertex of \(\tau\) is of even valence \(2n\), \(n\geq 2\), and the sums of alternated angles are equal. This investigation is a part of the classification of dihedral f-tilings of \(S^2\), started in 2004. Here, the authors consider all such tilings by scalene triangles and isosceles trapezoids in some cases of adjacency.
