    Consider the differential equation \[ \begin{multlined} z{d\over dz}\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ B_1-1\Biggr)\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ B_2- 1\Biggr)\cdots\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ B_m- 1\Biggr) F(z)-\\ z\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ A_1\Biggr)\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ A_2\Biggr)\cdots\Biggl(z{d\over dz}+ A_n\Biggr) F(z)= 0,\end{multlined}\tag{\(*\)} \] where \(n\) and \(m\) are natural numbers, \(A_1,\dots, A_n\), \(B_1,\dots, B_m\in\mathbb{C}^{r\times r}\), \(F\) is a \(\mathbb{C}^r\)-valued complex function. The authors describe the solutions of \((*)\) at \(z=\infty\) in terms of the matrix-valued generalized hypergeometric functions.
