The author poses the problem of characterizing those complex manifolds among bounded domains or hyperbolic manifolds, which are isomorphic to Siegel domains of second kind due to Pyatetski-Shapiro. In particular he proves that a homogeneous hyperbolic manifold is biholomorphic to a bounded domain if and only if certain conditions are satisfied.
