The authors extend their catalogue of isonemal fabrics, published in Ann. N.Y. Acad. Sci. 440, 279-298 (1985; Zbl 0569.51007). They give the designs of all these fabrics (other than twills) of exact periods 10, 12, 15 and 17. A fabric consists of two interwoven parallel sets of equally- space strands, the sets being at right angles to each other and ''hanging together''. A fabric is isonemal if the strands form one transitivity class under symmetries of the fabric. If the symmetry group S(\({\mathcal D})\) of a plane design \({\mathcal D}\) for a fabric \({\mathcal F}\) contains translations in the two perpendicular directions through n units (where a unit is the length of the side of a square in \({\mathcal D})\) then \({\mathcal F}\) is said to be of period n. \({\mathcal F}\) is of exact period n if it has not any periodicity m strictly less than n but \({\mathcal F}\) is of period n. The authors use computer techniques to enumerate isonemal fabrics of periods up to 20. The principles of the program are not described here, only a table of the numbers is enclosed, and some general results about isonemal fabrics are established.
