      We are concerned with nonlinear evolution equations of the form \[ (E)\quad (d/dt)u(t)\in -\partial \phi^ t(u(t)),\quad t>0, \] where \(\phi^ t\), \(0\leq t\leq \infty\), are proper, l.s.c. (lower semi- continuous), convex functionals on a Hilbert space H, \(\partial \phi^ t\) is the subdifferential of \(\phi\) ' for \(t\geq 0\) and u stands for an H- valued unknown function on [0,\(\infty)\).
