A \(C^ 2\) interpolation scheme over the hypercube \([0,1]^ n\) without mixed partial derivative constraints is given. More precisely, if f is in \(C^ 2[0,1]^ n\), then the required interpolant is given by \[ S_ n(f)=\sum^{n}_{i_ 1=1}Q_{i_ 1}(f)-\sum_{1\leq i_ 1<i_ 2\leq n}Q_{i_ 1i_ 2}(f)+...+(-1)^{n+1}Q_{12...n}(f) \] where \(Q_{i_ 1...i_ k}=Q_{i_ 1}...Q_{i_ k}\) and \(Q_ i\) is the quintic Hermite lofting interpolant in the \(x_ i\) variable keeping the other variables fixed. This interpolant is built up inductively from 1 to n dimensions, requiring only one additional term to be defined at each step.
