The ideas in the first part of this paper [ibid. 58, 395-408 (1985; reviewed above)] are extended to examine bi-periodic solutions of bi- periodically forced dissipative systems of ordinary differential equations (ODE) and of difference equations (also called iterated maps (IM)). The method assume the ratio of the two periods to be either irrational or rational with a long continued fraction expansion. In this case the bi-periodic solution can be found as the fixed point of a generalized Poincaré map. If the continued fraction expansion is short, then the solution is better studied as a periodic one. Interesting numerical examples are given for ODE and also for IM.
