    The autonomous differential equation (1) \(\overset\circ u=f(\lambda,u)\), \(u\in R^ n\), \(\lambda\in R\), \(f: R\times R^ n\to R^ n\), \(f(\lambda,0)=0\) covariant under a group G (i.e. \(D(g)u=f(\lambda,D(g)u)=D(g)f(\lambda,u)\), D(g) is the representation of G) is considered. As in the earlier works the author proves the results about stability of solutions of (1) on the base of the following lemma: if there exists the isotropy subgroup for the subspace \(X\subset R^ n\), \(f|_ X: R\times X\to X\) and \(x(t_ 0)\in X\), then x(t)\(\in X\) for all t.
