Well-known results for a two-server exponential queueing network are extended to the case that calls in the network can be annihilated. The first server of the network has a buffer of infinite capacity, whereas the capacity of the buffer of the second server is finite. For disciplines of interface of the servers with internal losses of calls or blocking of the first server, ergodicity conditions are obtained, as well as an algorithm of determination of the stationary probabilities of the number of calls in the network.
