Frames and the \(g^{(k)}(v)\) problem (Q1109034)

Restricted resolvable designs \(R_ rRP(\nu-k,k)\) are pairwise balanced designs of index unity on \(\nu-k\) points in which every block has size r or \(r+1\) and in which the blocks can be resolved into k disjoint set of blocks where each set of blocks covers all the points. The construction of such designs for the case \(r=2\) are considered.
