[For part I, cf. ibid. 17, 813-818 (1986; Zbl 0603.53020).] The author studies a Finslerian metrical structure in the form \(g_{\lambda k}(x,y)=\gamma_{\lambda k}(x)+h_{\lambda k}(x,y)\) where \(\gamma_{\lambda k}(x)\) is a four-dimensional Riemann metric signifying the external field spanned by points x and \(h_{\lambda k}(x,y)\) is, in general, a four-dimensional Riemann metric signifying the internal field spanned by vectors y. From the vector bundle point of view the (y)-field may be regarded as the fibre at the point x of the base (x)-field. However, the total space of this vector bundle may be considered as unified field between (x)- and (y)-fields. Certain features are also discussed.
