In general, the Finslerian gravitational field is considered as a unified field between the external \((x)\)-field spanned by points \(x\) and the internal \((y)\)-field spanned by vectors \(y\) [cf. Part I: \textit{S. Ikeda}, ibid. 27, No. 7, 645-649 (1996; Zbl 0863.53013)]. In the present paper, the author takes some higher order non-vectorial variables or two non-commutative scalars as internal variables. In this way, new nonlocalized aspects of the gravitational field are discussed. The study is heavily based on the geometry of the total space of a vector bundle developed by \textit{R. Miron} and \textit{M. Anastasiei} in their book ``Vector bundles and Lagrange spaces with applications to relativity'' [Geometry Balkan Press, Bucharest (1997; Zbl 0884.53003)].
