This article deals with the Cauchy problem \[ (L+\varepsilon M)u'=N(u),\quad u(0)=u_ 0, \] where \(u\) is a vector function taking its values in a Banach space \(\mathbb{X}\), \(L\) is a linear Fredholm operator, with dense domain in \(\mathbb{X}\), into another Banach space \(\mathbb{Y}\), \(M\) is a bounded linear operator from \(\mathbb{X}\) into \(\mathbb{Y}\), \(N:\mathbb{X}\to\mathbb{Y}\) is \(C^ k\)-smooth operator, \(\dim\ker L>0\) and \((L+\varepsilon M)^{-1}\) exists for all sufficiently small \(\varepsilon\neq 0\). At first the authors study the set of solutions to auxiliary Cauchy problems for the equations \(Lu'=N(u)\) and \(PMQu'=PN(u)\) \((P\) is a projector with \(\ker P=\text{Im} L\), \(Q\) is a projector onto \(\ker L)\); by the usual methods of smooth analysis they construct some special solutions to both Cauchy problems. Further the structure of the sets of these solutions is investigated. Finally the partial differential equation \[ (\lambda- \nabla^ 2)u_ t=\nu\nabla^ 2u-(u\cdot\nabla)u-\nabla p+f,\quad\nabla\cdot u=0, \] modelling dynamics of Kelvin-Feugt liquid is considered.
