Let \(L\) be a selfadjoint operator in a Hilbert space \(H\) and \(H_ 1\) another Hilbert space, \(H_ 1\subset H\). Let \(V\geq 0\) be a bounded selfadjoint operator in \(H_ 1\). The author studies the singularities of the function \(T(\lambda)=V^{1/2}(L-\lambda I)^{-1}V^{1/2}\mid H_ 1\), where \(\text{Im }\lambda>0\), \(V\in\sigma_ 1\). He gives some estimates from above for the Lebesgue measure of the set of these singularities. The problem is of big interest for the theory of perturbation of the singular spectrum of selfadjoint operators and for the scattering theory.
