Let \(X=\text{Spec} R\) be a scheme where \(R\) is a semilocal ring without idempotents. One supposes that the cohomology symbol \(u_ n(R)\) in the theory of Kummer and the cup product is surjective. Let \(A\) be a constant twisted sheaf on \(X\) with fibre \(\mathbb{Z}/p^ r\). Then, \(A\) corresponds to an element \(\lambda\) of \(H^ 1(X_{et},(\mathbb{Z}/p^ r)^*)\). We suppose that \(\lambda\) lifts to an element of \(H^ 1(X_{et},(\mathbb{Z}/p^{2r})^*)\). Then setting \(S=R(A(-,n))\) and \(\Gamma=\Gamma(X,G_ m)\), with few additional hypotheses, the author shows that there are isomorphisms \(H^{n+1}(R,A) \to H^ 0 (\Gamma,H^{n+1}(S,A))\) and \(H_ 0(\Gamma,H^ n(SA)) \to H^ n(R,A)\) where the cohomologies are étale. With similar hypotheses the product \[ gr^ kH^ m(X,i) \times gr^{k'}H^ n (X,j) \to gr^{k+k'}H^{m+n} (X,i+j) \] is zero if \(i+j=m-k+n-k'-2\). These results are used to prove the generalized conjecture of Kato in special cases.
