The author studies the incompressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with viscosity \(\nu\) when the initial vorticity is concentrated in \(N\) disjoint regions of diameter \(\varepsilon\). In the limit \(\nu\to 0\), \(\varepsilon\to 0\), it is proved that the solution weakly converges to the inviscid solution of the so-called ``point vortex model'' known from the literature. The author considers especially the case where vorticity in different blobs can be of different sign, and the techniques of previous works fails.
