The authors consider the dual pair of \(\sigma\)-models defined by the double \(SO(3,s)\) in the Iwasawa decomposition. In this letter, the authors construct a new model -- the group \(G\) is \(SU(2)\). The basic facts about Poisson-Lie \(T\) duality are summarized. The authors consider only limit dimensional Lie algebras. For finite-dimensional algebras two equivalent definitions of Lie bialgebra, in terms of Manin triples or in terms of the cocummutator are obtained. The Cartan decomposition of \(SL(2,C)^r\) is considered. The authors give the dressing transformations of \(SU(2)\) acting on show \((sl(2,C)^r)\).
