The authors develop a new theory for the classical exponential transform with angular biasing applied \(1-D\) monoenergetic deep penetration transport problems with anisotropic scattering. The approach is based on developing of a new Boltzmann Monte Carlo (BMC) equation that predicts the statistical behaviour of Monte Carlo (MC) particles governed by the nonanalog MC transport process. The authors also develop the generalized Dwivedi transform (GDT) scheme and use the BMC equation to determine the maximum safe values of the GDT transform parameter.
